about me

hi, I’m libbie, my pronouns are she/her/hers and i’m so glad you’re here.

i work with people who want to access and process their emotions. i believe that we have all the wisdom we need within us but sometimes we need support to find it. i help people turn toward and be with their emotions & energy so that they can experience more joy.

grief was the thing that drove me to this work. the work of building the very important, very human skillset of feeling and processing emotions as they rise, allowing them to move as they are meant to.

grief also drove me to unearth all that I had buried, all that I had suppressed.

i lost my brother when I was a child. for 1634 days, my parents and i lived with a heart-breaking amount of uncertainty. it was a long, slow, terrifying loss for a child between 6 and 10 years old. not knowing when it will end, not wanting it to end, but also wanting it to end. and feeling shame because i wanted it to end. i was so young. i suppressed my painful emotions so that i wouldn’t be too much trouble, so that i could be a kid, go to school, play with my friends. but a part of me always felt on the outside and a little bit other. it was through experiencing and processing emotions in my body that had been bottled up, that i truly began to experience the full spectrum of feelings, and that has made my life more joyful and more abundant.

in addition to my lived experience with grief and being a real person on my own healing journey, i have over 20 years of experience coaching & facilitating learning that supports the whole-person. i have over 500 hours of formal teacher training focusing on the ancient teachings of classical yoga, i am a trauma-informed intuitive body coach, and i have completed breathwork facilitator training by jon paul crimi.

i work every day to unlearn colonial programming and acknowledge benefits I (and my ancestors) have received in colonization and systemic oppression.

i work to make all spaces i hold as affirming as possible to support progress for each person i work with. i live in southern maine u.s. and share my life with my wonderful family, friends, and pets. thank you for being here!
