let yourself feel breathwork
4/19/2025 at 10:00am(est)
virtual community breathwork groups help you to get in touch with your inner wisdom and release what you no longer need.
we use the breath to practice turning toward and being with all that comes up to loosen emotions, burdens, and energy that are ready to be released. this supports healing so that we have easier access to joy.
dress comfortably for the session. breathwork is practiced lying down, with a relatively empty stomach, with the eyes closed or using eye coverings.
the session cost is $30. use the calendar on this page to sign up. you will receive a confirmation email with the zoom link after you sign up and 24-hours before the session.
no one is turned away for lack of funds. if would like to attend, email libbie @ libbiebridge.com.
a recording of the session will be sent to all who sign up, so if you are not able to be there live on the date, you can still experience it.
no refunds or credits will be given with less than 24-hours notice.

what participants have experienced…
“I enjoyed [the session] so much. The time, the structure/ non structure. A chance to “see” in my minds eye, “all the things” flash before me that are either heavy or light on my mind. But moving!! and consciously taking care of my nervous system feels so good always. Cleaning things from mind, house, radar that are hard to let go but also maybe “ok” and also knowing that letting go doesn’t mean forgetting. I created new space for new acceptance, of the new!”
“I wasn't expecting to feel much of anything thinking - I am good, I process my stuff... ha! Turns out I needed a good cry and it was such a good release. The physical reaction was the most intense and powerful part of it… I understand that is part of the process and how all the things I was churning up was working it's way through my body.
The experience left me feeling tired but in a good way. I left feeling lighter and curious to explore that again.”
